The presidential decree No. 26-326, signed by the President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, was published in issue 72 of the official journal. This decree includes the tasks, organization, and operation of the national single window for investment. This window, which is placed under the supervision of the Prime Minister, is the sole, integrated, and exclusive interlocutor for investors, and it decides on all decisions and issues all contracts, credits, licenses, and all other documents related to registered investments at its level, from their registration until their completion and operation.
