Abolition of these conditions in the restoration of properties for public administrations

The requirement for budget managers to provide a registration certificate in the national property table has been removed. The Ministry of Finance has introduced new administrative facilities for public institutions and administrations, allowing them to cover expenses related to the maintenance and restoration of properties they occupy, without the need to present a registration certificate in the general property table of national assets, during the year 2026. This clarification was made in a joint letter issued by the General Directorate of Budget and the General Directorate of Accounting, dated October 28, 2026, under number 6777, addressed to the budget managers of public institutions and administrations.
