Algeria has received a 'Largely Compliant' rating for the international standard on transparency and exchange of information for tax purposes, following the publication of the peer review assessment report on transparency and exchange of information at the request of Algeria (second round) by the Global Forum on Transparency and Exchange of Information for Tax Purposes, which is part of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development, according to the Algerian News Agency citing the General Directorate of Taxes.
