Tens Port in Chlef: Arrival of a New Shipment of Sheep Heads from Spain

The Tens Port in Chlef received a new shipment of sheep heads from Spain this Friday morning, amounting to 13,489 heads, as part of the implementation of the Eid al-Adha sacrifice import program, according to the Directorate of Agricultural Services. Mehdi Guaderia, the director of agricultural services, explained to the Algerian News Agency that the Tens Port received this morning, in preparation for the blessed Eid al-Adha, a new shipment of sheep heads from Spain, totaling 13,489 heads.

24th Edition of the International Salon 'SIPSA Agriculture': Seven Innovative Projects Awarded in the Agricultural Innovation Competition 'Africa SIPSA Innov'

On Thursday in Algiers, seven (7) innovative projects in various agricultural fields were awarded the Agricultural Innovation Prize 'Africa SIPSA Innov Sid Ahmed Farouki', in its sixth edition, on the sidelines of the conclusion of the 24th edition of the International Salon of Agriculture, Livestock, and Food Industries (SIPSA Agriculture). Among approximately one hundred startups that participated in the competition across the categories of 'Agricultural Technologies', 'Food Technologies', and 'Fisheries Technologies', 20 projects were selected, of which seven projects were awarded, including six Algerian startups.
