Enhancing Local Spare Parts Manufacturing is the Focus of the Minister of Industry's Visit to the Production Unit in Ain M'lila

The minister stressed the importance of enhancing quality control at all stages of production and ensuring that products meet technical standards, alongside developing a certification and accreditation system to boost the competitiveness of national products, and linking the institution with universities and research centers to improve training and support innovation. When will the Chinese customs exemptions for 53 African countries take effect?

China announced that May 1 will be the date for the implementation of customs exemptions covering all tariff items on products coming from 53 African countries with which it has diplomatic relations, in a move aimed at enhancing the openness of the Chinese market to African products and supporting the economic partnership between the two sides, according to the Xinhua News Agency. This announcement came during the opening meeting of the China-Africa Entrepreneurs Summit, held at the African Union headquarters in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, with wide participation from African and Chinese officials and representatives of the business community, in addition to the presence of high-level diplomats, where the partnership alliance between entrepreneurs from both sides was revealed.
