Guedri announces the revival of the Saidal project in Mostaganem

The Minister of Pharmaceutical Industry, Wassim Guedri, during his visit to the Saidal complex in the municipality of Mazagran in the Mostaganem province, confirmed the revival of the strategic project for the production of veterinary materials and pharmaceutical products after an unacceptable halt, with a 3×8 work system to accelerate the pace of completion, paving the way for production to start in the coming weeks. The project spans an area of 11,180 square meters and aims to produce 11 million units of eye medications and 5 million units of veterinary products annually, including eye drops, ocular gel, and veterinary solutions intended for injection. The minister explained in a statement to the press during a working visit and inspection to the province, accompanied by the Wali of Oran, Ibrahim Ouchan, and the Wali of Mostaganem, Ahmed Bouduh, the importance of this new unit entering into production. He noted that the project completion rate has reached 85 percent with all necessary equipment provided, while this unit will create at least 50 to 60 jobs in the first phase.
