New Partnership to Enhance Investment in Aquaculture

The Algerian Chamber of Fisheries and Aquaculture and the National Agency for Microcredit Management (ANGEM) have begun implementing the cooperation agreement signed between them, through a working session dedicated to establishing a joint work program and coordination mechanisms aimed at supporting youth and project holders wishing to invest in the fisheries and aquaculture sector. The meeting was attended by the Director General of the Algerian Chamber of Fisheries and Aquaculture, Nabil Ouiche, and was overseen by the Director General of the National Agency for Microcredit Management, Souad Ben Djamel, in the presence of the directors of the fisheries and aquaculture chambers in the provinces of Boumerdes and Ain Defla, as well as the head of the technical committee for freshwater aquaculture.
