The Ministry of Internal Trade and Market Regulation aims to bring about a radical transformation in the commercial register system during 2026 by adopting measures that ensure immediate issuance of the commercial register, linking the national database of economic operators with various relevant administrations, restructuring laws related to trade and e-commerce, in addition to creating a public register for the real beneficiaries of legal entities, and implementing the recommendations of the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) to enhance transparency and reduce the risks of money laundering and terrorist financing.
