9 Files Sent to Justice, 1060 Decisions Against Those Who Ordered Diversion

Fines of six million dinars and 782 million dinars in financial liability for issuing 1100 judicial decisions and a file under the microscope. The Board of Auditors in its annual report for 2025 referred to the deputies nine detailed reports containing facts that can be described as administrative penalties, as the council issued 1125 judicial decisions, including 1060 decisions against those who ordered diversion and public accountants due to delay or failure to submit accounts at the time of audit, which included 30 decisions placing officials in a state of debt totaling 782,621,427.4 dinars. In addition, financial fines were issued against violators totaling 6,083,000 dinars, as the council prepared 734 audit reports, including review of accounts and qualitative control of management, reflecting a tightening of oversight and control.
