Expanded Powers for the Minister of Foreign Trade to Curb Invoice Inflation and Reduction!

The government has granted broader powers to the Minister of Foreign Trade and Export Promotion in monitoring foreign trade and overseeing import and export operations, under a new executive decree signed by Prime Minister Aïmene Benabderrahmane, published in the latest issue of the official gazette, concerning the amendment of the executive decree defining the powers of the sector. Starting today, the Minister of Foreign Trade and Export Promotion will be responsible for monitoring risk indicators related to invoice inflation or reduction in import and export operations.
