Illizi: Launch of a power plant project in Ifidil

A new gas-powered power plant project has been launched in the Ifidil region (150 km southeast of Illizi), aimed at improving the electrical network in this area and surrounding zones, it was learned Thursday from the wilaya services. Launched by local authorities, accompanied by officials from the Energy sector, the operation involves the construction of a plant with three generators, producing 3.274 megawatts (MW).
