The Electricity and Gas Regulatory Commission has launched the digital platform “Eltamas” dedicated to receiving and processing complaints from current and future electricity and gas consumers, allowing them to submit complaints and track their files remotely after exhausting the grievance procedures with the energy distributor. This step is part of the digital transformation and modernization of public service, in implementation of the directives of President Abdelmadjid Tebboune aimed at accelerating the pace of digitization, and embodying the objectives of the Ministry of Energy and Renewable Energies aimed at improving and modernizing the quality of public services.
