Algerian-Omani Agreement to Implement Fertilizer Plant Expansion Project in Arzew

According to a statement from the ministry, both sides praised the 'depth and strength of the distinguished brotherly and historical relations that bind Algeria and the Sultanate of Oman', and noted the dynamism of bilateral cooperation, which 'reflects the sincere political will of the leaderships of the two countries towards building a model strategic partnership based on economic integration and mutual benefit.'
