
Trans-Saharan Highway: Algeria Hosts the 77th Session of the Connectivity Committee
Algeria will host on Monday and Tuesday the works of the 77th session of the Connectivity Committee for the Trans-Saharan Highway, which will focus on studying the prospects of transforming this continental project into an economic corridor that enhances development and economic integration among the six countries through which the road passes. The meeting, which will be inaugurated by the Minister of Public Works and Basic Infrastructure Abdelkader Djellali, will include representatives from the countries concerned with this strategic road, namely Tunisia, Mali, Niger, Nigeria, Chad, along with Algeria.
