Algeria's Stock Exchange Strengthened by the Listing of Two New Companies Starting Next Week

The Chairman of the Committee for Organizing and Monitoring Stock Exchange Operations (COSOB), Youssef Bouzenada, announced today, Thursday in Algiers, the listing of the public subsidiary 'Krapsi' affiliated with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research of Algeria, and the company 'Irad' specialized in information and communication technology, on the stock exchange on July 14 and 15 respectively. Bouzenada explained during a press conference dedicated to announcing the results and details of the two capital increase subscription operations that the official listing of the two companies will take place next Tuesday and Wednesday, confirming that the subscription operations were conducted under good conditions and within the specified deadlines. He noted that the demand for shares exceeded the supply.
