Oran: Launch of the International Housing and Real Estate Exhibition on this date

The city of Oran is preparing to host the first edition of the International Housing and Real Estate Exhibition 'Logim Expo' from July 15 to 19, with the participation of more than 70 exhibitors from various stakeholders in the housing and real estate sector, according to the exhibition's commissioner, Mohamed Yassine Khashi. Launch of a Car Components Factory with a Capacity of 50,000 Tons Annually

The public authorities launched a project for a factory producing plastic components and accessories for cars in Tissemsilt, as part of the reintegration of confiscated properties under final judicial rulings into the public economic fabric. This unit previously belonged to the 'Tahkout' group. The annual production capacity of the factory, which is part of the Algerian holding company 'General Plastic Engkesh', is estimated at about 50,000 tons of plastic accessories, covering the needs of up to 150,000 cars, giving it a strategic position within the automotive industry system in Algeria and contributing to the development of the local industrial value chain. The project, which has a financial allocation of 5 billion dinars, is expected to create around 800 job positions.
