Yesterday, Monday, the regional directorate of the 'ADL' agency in Constantine launched the procedures for the construction of the 1,000 housing units under the lease-to-own scheme in the urban pole of Ain Nhas, which will host for the first time housing units of the 'ADL 3' type, accompanied by commercial and professional shops and security spaces, in addition to landscaping and connections to various networks.
