This came during talks held by the Minister of State, Minister of Hydrocarbons, Mohamed Arkab, on Thursday in Algiers, with the Minister of International Relations and Cooperation of South Africa, Ronald Lamola, who is on a working visit to Algeria, in the presence of the ambassadors of both countries and several officials from both sides.
