These are the keys to investment in Africa.. and relationships are more important than contracts
The President of the Algerian Economic Club, Said Mansour, called for a reconsideration of how investors deal with African markets, emphasizing that the key to success on the continent lies not in pumping money or transferring ready-made models, but in a deep understanding of what he described as the 'African economic mind.' Mansour explained that many foreign investments in Africa have failed despite the availability of opportunities, not due to weak economic feasibility, but as a result of misunderstanding the nature of the African market, which differs fundamentally from traditional Western models. He stated that Africa is not a market that can be subjected to ready-made templates, but a comprehensive system based on a specific logic that relies on human relationships, symbolism, and the spiritual dimension.
