The Bank of Algeria clarified that the document circulating on social media platforms is fake, urging citizens and internet users to exercise caution and not to circulate or rely on the information contained in it. The communication cell also confirmed that no amendments have been made to Instruction No. 07-2026 dated July 13, 2026, related to granting the right to exchange for travel abroad using an international payment card or an international payment card designated for the right to exchange.
