In light of the statement from the Council of Ministers held yesterday, where President Abdelmadjid Tebboune emphasized that the upcoming phase must meet Algeria's ambitions, in line with the logic of a secure economic power, Dr. Ahmed Haidoussi confirmed that modern economic schools no longer see state power as measured solely by GDP size, but by its ability to adapt to changes and absorb shocks and crises. From this perspective, new concepts such as economic security and food security have emerged, along with the ability of countries to meet the vital needs of their citizens.
