On Tuesday in Niamey (Niger), a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between Algeria and the Republic of Niger in the field of hydrocarbons, aimed at promoting bilateral cooperation through the development of joint projects, according to a statement from the Ministry of Hydrocarbons and Mines. The signing took place on the sidelines of the second session of the Algerian-Nigerian High Joint Committee for Cooperation, held in the Nigerien capital on March 23 and 24, co-chaired by Prime Minister Mr. Sefi Gharib and his Nigerien counterpart Mr. Ali Lamine Zen, with the participation of a significant ministerial delegation including several government members and senior officials.
