The ambassador confirmed, during his visit to the Institute of Agricultural Sciences at Djilali Liabes University in Sidi Bel Abbes, that the results achieved in quinoa cultivation in Algeria form a solid foundation for establishing future partnerships with research institutions in Peru, including the exchange of expertise, training, and encouraging investment in the processing industries related to this crop of high nutritional and economic value.
Algeria is moving towards restructuring the UHT milk sector by adopting a new vision aimed at increasing national integration rates and enhancing local resources, allowing for a fully integrated local industry at 100%, as confirmed by the Minister of Internal Trade and National Market Regulation, Amel Abdel Latif.
