According to a written response from the Minister of Foreign Trade and Export Promotion, Kamel Rezig, to a question from the deputy, Rabah Jdidi, which 'Echorouk' reviewed, the classification of materials is done according to the provisions of the national customs tariff, where the nature of the material itself may vary according to the practiced activity; it may be considered a production input within the framework of an industrial transformation process, while it is regarded as a ready-to-consume product in another context, according to the tariff items.
